DeliveryWe deliver most orders to UK addresses within 4 to 5 working days unless we specify otherwise in the product description, 10 to 14 working days for Europe. If we do have the item in stock we will be able to deliver the next working day if ordered before 3pm between Monday and Friday. All orders are delivered via our Express Courier and deliveries are free of charge within the UK. We ensure your parcel is fully insured to the value of the parcel and delivered registered post. Parcels posted to EU will be charged at £15 flat rate using a signed for courier. All credit card orders have to be delivered to the address stated on the credit card for fraud prevention purposes. If you require a different delivery address you will need to call us before and supply additional security details. All parcels will be dispatched on receipt of payment or in the case of cheques when the balanced has been cleared. We will email you when the order has been released. All parcels with specific schedule requirements will need to contact us with the request. If you parcel is not received within the agreed schedule please contact us for an update. Orders
Orders can be placed through the online ordering system using the shipping methods offered or by phone. However, you must email us to confirm that the watch is available. After initial intent to buy, we’ll hold the watch for 3 days until payment is received. All our items are sold on a first come first served basis, so any buying clash will result in a refund with no costs associated.
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment after we’ve confirmed ordering costs by email when your card will be charged. Purchases made with a credit card will not be shipped to a PO. Box. You can order by phone on this number - 0207 043 9064, with the following details:

As our business is based in the UK, all payments must be made in pounds. Use www.xe.com to gain an approximate charge.

All of the watches sold on this site have been serviced and have a mechanical warranty extended by the site for up to 3 months; this warranty however does not cover the day to day accuracy of the watch as they are vintage pieces (at least 20 years old) and are prone to losing or gaining time.
Our warranty does not extend to any watch that is mis-used including immersion in water. Any returns will be inspected by a Professional Watchmaker and compared to detailed archive photographs. If the watch in question is deemed to have been miss-treated in any way then they will be returned to the buyer at their cost.
The watches are in the best condition they can be when leaving us but they are NOT water proof or even splash proof unless stated otherwise. Returns
Any watch may be returned for any reasonable reason provided you inform us within 3 days of receipt. For a refund, the watch must not have been worn, altered or damaged in any way; this includes removal of bracelet links and protective stickers. Any item supplied to special order is excluded from this returns policy. The buyer must meet the cost of shipping the watch back and meet any further bank or transfer charges relating to the refund.
Return postal charges are at the expense of the buyer. The refund will be made subject to compliance with the above and on receipt and inspection by us of the watch in question. If any returned item has been tampered with as specified above then we’ll need to make a charge to take that into consideration. Please do not return any item without informing us and always return the item by a mode of shipping which is both insured and requires a signature. Items returned under the returns policy should be clearly marked "Goods returned to merchant under warranty". We’ll refuse delivery on any package which attracts customs duty because it has not been correctly marked.
Items which have been specially ordered will attract a 10% restocking fee. Please note that all charges will be made in UK Pounds Sterling. Items purchased with a credit or charge card cannot be shipped to a PO Box address.
Items returned that comply with the returns policy must be shipped using the same method both signed for and insured, returns must have the standard labeling of ‘Return to supplier under warranty’. Do not return any item without contacting ATG first. |
